Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns at this time.  However, if you receive your order and something is wrong, please let us know right away and we will make it right! 

PLEASE NOTE: 

If, for some reason your order is "Returned to Sender" because it could not be delivered, we will issue you a CREDIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE KITS to use toward a future purchase once we receive the kits back. Original shipping fees will not be included in the credit.

Unfortunately, we will not issue a credit if your order is returned because it was not picked up by the pick-up deadline. Typically, you are given several days to pick-up, and notified more than once if you are nearing the pick-up deadline.  

Måla Paint by Numbers is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
