Why Paint by Numbers? Paint by Numbers is the perfect activity for everyone! Whether you're a beginner artist, or the next Bob Ross - Paint by Numbers is a great way to slow down, unwind, and unleash your inner artist! 

 

Why "Måla"? Måla is the Swedish word meaning "to paint". We are both of Swedish decent, so we thought it would be perfect for our small business!

 

What should I do if my paint pots dry out or become too goopy to use? Please let us know if this happens! If you have purchased your kit in the past month, we will send you new paints. Remember to keep your paint pot lids completely closed between paint sessions. Keeping them in a sealed container or bag will also help preserve them. Please don’t allow your paints to freeze. 

 

Do you ship worldwide? At the moment, we ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe! For shipping to Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe, visit our Australian site - www.malapintbynumbers.com.au.

 

How do I get the canvas to lay flat once I unroll it? For our rolled, 16 x 20 kits, we suggest ironing the canvas on high heat with the print side down!

 

What do I do if I never received my order? If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find out where your order is and make it right!

 

Do you accept returns? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive your order and something is wrong, please let us know right away and we will make it right! Thank you for understanding.
